长距离水平转弯带式输送机在肥田煤矿的应用设计

摘要: 针对肥田矿井及选煤厂产品煤运至白马洞铁路货运站,距离长(7km左右的距离),高差大,地形复杂,采用直线连接首尾点的运输方式难以实施的难题,选用长距离水平转弯带式输送机作为运输方案,并对该运输方案进行了设计、选型及计算,利用设备可在水平和竖向弯曲的特点,采用迂回布置方式以避开线路中地形复杂区段实现自矿井至火车集运站的不间断连续输送。

Abstract: According to the condition of long-distance (about 7 km), height difference and complex terrain of Feitian coal mine and coal products to the White Horse Cave railway freight station, the transportation mode with straight line connecting head and tail points is difficult to implement. Therefore, the long distance horizontal turning belt conveyor is adopted, and the transport scheme is designed, selected and calculated. Because the equipment can be bent horizontally and vertically, the circular layout method is adopted to avoid the complicated terrain section and realize the uninterrupted transportation from the mine to the railway station.
