煤矿无轨辅助运输适用条件及装备选型研究

摘要: 为了更好的发挥无轨辅助运输的最大效率,指导设计和采购人员对无轨胶轮运输装备的正确选型,文章基于《煤矿用防爆柴油机无轨胶轮车安全使用规范》(AQ 1064—2008)、《煤矿井下辅助运输设计规范》(GB 50533—2009)、2016版《煤矿安全规程》,并参考目前市场上主流无轨胶轮运输装备的性能参数,从系统的角度阐述了无轨辅助运输所涉及的巷道断面参数、巷道路面及坡道条件、各种硐室的设计尺寸、巷道通风要求等相关参数,为矿井无轨辅助运输的设计及巷道、硐室的无轨化改造提供了参考依据。最后,以某矿井实际条件数据为依据,详细的论述了无轨胶轮车配套选型过程。

Abstract:   In order to give full play to the maximum efficiency of trackless auxiliary transportation and guide the designers and purchasers to select the right type of trackless rubber tyred transportation equipment, this paper, based on AQ1064-2008 "code for safe use of trackless rubber tyred vehicles with explosion-proof diesel engines for coal mines" and 2016 "safety regulations for coal mines", and with reference to the performance parameters of the mainstream trackless rubber tyred transportation equipment in the current market, expounds it from a systematic perspective The parameters of roadway section, roadway surface and ramp conditions, design dimensions of various chambers, ventilation requirements and other relevant parameters involved in trackless auxiliary transportation are provided, which provides a reference for the design of trackless auxiliary transportation and trackless transformation of tunnels and chambers.Finally, based on the actual condition data of a mine, the paper discusses the selection process of trackless rubber tyred vehicle in detail, which provides a theoretical basis for the selection of trackless rubber tyred equipment.
