露天煤矿半连续工艺系统关键设备选型设计方法

Design method of key equipment selection in semi-continuous process system for open-pit mines

摘要:

针对破碎机选型设计的方法和计算公式以经验为主、理论依据缺乏, 半连续工艺系统生产能力计算方法与实际不符等问题, 分析重型板式给料机选型参数和生产能力计算方法、物料最大尺寸与破碎机滚筒直径的关系式、物料含水率、作业温度与设备技术生产能力的关系、半连续工艺系统利用率和有效作业时间的确定方法等关键技术, 完善了双齿辊破碎机主要技术参数的选型设计方法。基于同步系数, 修正了系统利用率计算公式, 提出符合实际工况的半连续开采工艺系统生产能力计算的方法。以内蒙古某露天矿半连续工艺系统为实例, 验证方法的正确性, 为解决半连续工艺设计和实际应用中面临的问题提出思路和方法。

Abstract:

In view of the problems that the selection and design method and calculation formula of crusher are mainly based on experience, lack of theoretical basis, and the calculation method of production capacity of semi continuous process system is inconsistent with practice. This paper systematically analyzes the key technologies in the type selection design and production capacity calculation of crushing station, such as the type selection parameters and production capacity calculation method of heavy plate feeder, the relationship between the maximum size of material and the diameter of crusher drum, the relationship between material moisture content, operation temperature and equipment technical production capacity, and the determination method of semi continuous process system utilization and effective operation time, The selection and design method of main technical parameters of double toothed roll crusher is improved. Based on the synchronization coefficient, the calculation formula of system utilization is modified, and a method for calculating the production capacity of semi continuous mining process system in line with the actual working conditions is proposed. Taking the semi continuous process system of self moving crushing station in an open-pit mine in Inner Mongolia as an example, the correctness of the results is verified, and ideas and methods are put forward to solve the problems or problems faced in semi continuous process design and practical application.
