刮板输送机智能液压马达紧链系统研究

Intelligent Hydraulic Motor Chain Tension System of AFC

摘要: 为满足刮板输送机自动化和智能化发展要求,针对目前刮板输送机液压马达紧链系统存在的诸如完全手动操作,预紧力依靠经验控制,以及紧链时动力不足等问题,设计了一种自动紧链系统。该系统通过在刮板输送机传动装置中布置电磁离合器,实现液压马达紧链装置与传动系统的可控离合|在液压马达上布置速度传感器和压力传感器,使紧链系统输出的紧链力准确,可控|为适应实际工况的需要,液压马达紧链系统应具有拖动过载输送机的能力,以清除过载部分煤炭。文章围绕上述功能,对系统构建、参数的设定和液压马达的选型进行了分析和论述。

Abstract: In order to meet the requirement of automatic and intelligent development of AFC, aiming at the problems such as complete manual operation, experience control of preload force and insufficient power when tightening chain are existed in hydraulic motor tight chain system of AFC at present,an automatic tight chain system was designed. By arranging electromagnetic clutch in the transmission device of scraper conveyor, the system can realize the controllable clutch between the hydraulic motor tension chain device and the transmission system;And the speed sensor and pressure sensor were arranged on the hydraulic motor to make the output of the tension chain force accurate and controllable.In order to adapt to the needs of actual working conditions, the hydraulic motor tension chain system should have the ability to drive the overload AFC in order to remove part of the overloaded coal. Around the above functions of hydraulic motor automatic tension chain system, the system construction, parameter setting and hydraulic motor selection were analyzed and discussed.
