煤矿井下中央变电所分布式智能采集分析系统

Distributed intelligent acquisition and analysis system for underground central

摘要: 为了解决煤矿中央变电所监测系统中数据无法统一接入、响应不及时与智能化程度低等问题,研发了煤矿井下中央变电所分布式智能采集分析系统。在主处理器Exynos4412、NVIDIA Jetson TX2处理器与FPGA处理器的基础上设计了红外成像传感器电路、振动信号采集电路、电流信号采集电路与TEV信号采集电路等。基于井下环网与Linux系统编码实现了智能采集分析终端应用软件。经测试,该系统平均丢包率为0.114%,平均响应时间为1.685s;研制的智能采集分析终端能提供故障诊断服务,提升了煤矿的智能化水平。

Abstract: In order to solve the problems that data can not be unified access, the response is not timely and low degree of intelligence in monitoring system for central substation of coal mine, the distributed intelligent acquisition and analysis system has been developed for the central substation in the underground coal mine. Based on the main processors Exynos4412, NVIDIA Jetson TX2 processor and FPGA processor, the infrared imaging sensor circuit, vibration signal acquisition circuit, current signal acquisition circuit and TEV signal acquisition circuit etc. are designed. The application software of intelligent acquisition and analysis terminal is realized based on downhole loop network and Linux system coding. After testing, the system developed in this paper has an average packet loss rate of 0.114% and an average response time of 1.685 seconds.The intelligent acquisition and analysis terminal developed in this paper can provide fault diagnosis service and improve the intelligent level of coal mine.
