李村煤矿井下大型设备组装站设计创新

Design Innovation of Underground Large Equipment Assembly Station in Licun Coal Mine

摘要: 针对传统煤矿井下大型设备组装站设计存在的硐室断面大、支护及施工难度大、组装效率低、起重机行走机构检修困难等问题,提出了“起重机+支架组装机”相结合布置方式和起重机立柱位置局部扩挖“外凸式”布置形式,提高了组装、换装的效率,减小硐室掘进断面,增大了空间利用率,对煤矿建设井下大型设备组装站有一定的现场借鉴意义。

Abstract: With the gradual depletion of shallow coal resources, the depth of coal mining will increase, and the mining equipment will gradually become larger and more heavy. The existing shaft lifting system will not be able to meet the overall lifting requirements of large equipment, so it is large in the underground. Equipment assembly stations and dressing stations are becoming more and more popular. This paper takes the large-scale equipment assembly station in Licun Coal Mine as an example to discuss the design and innovation of underground assembly station and dressing station.
