露天矿边帮压煤无人开采导航技术应用研究

摘要: 为了实现露天矿边帮压覆资源的安全高效回收,内蒙古部分露天煤矿采用无人巷采工艺系统的定位导航技术进行了试验性开采。文章收集了试验性开采的实践数据,经分析对比,采用惯性导航技术的工艺系统便于实现采煤工作面的无人化操作,可提高工艺的生产效率及自动化水平,具有更好的技术可行性和经济合理性。惯性导航技术是露天矿边帮压煤巷采回收工艺系统导航技术的研究方向。

Abstract: Abstract:In order to study the safe and efficient recovery of surface mining edge edge covering resources, the positioning and navigation technology of unmanned mining technology system was adopted. The practice data of experimental mining in Inner Mongolia autonomous region were collected. The inertial navigation system works independently, which is convenient to realize the unmanned operation of the coal mining face, improves the production efficiency and automation level of the process, and has better technical feasibility and economic rationality. Inertial navigation technology should be the research direction of the navigation technology of coal pressing and recovery process system of roadway mining.
