深部矿井岩巷TBM掘进设备选型及适应性设计

Adaptability evaluation and selection design of TBM in deep exploit coal mine rock roadway with complex disasters

摘要: 为了推进深部复杂条件巷道安全高效智能掘进,总结分析了TBM装备煤矿应用情况,结合陕西高家堡煤矿西区辅运大巷工程地质特征,从TBM掘进机型、掘进性能参数、地质条件适应性等三个方面,提出煤矿TBM掘进适应性条件,明确采用敞开式TBM的科学原理,并基于应用实践提出了掘进系统主参数适应性设计和工程运输系统适应性技术。研究表明:复杂地质条件选用敞开式TBM更为灵活,更有利于巷道卡机等灾害防控,而系统适应性设计则应主要考虑刀盘、护盾部件的防灾减灾能力,满足矿井对设备应用的特殊需求,如刀盘系统采用大直径滚刀,以提高硬岩巷道刀具寿命,提高扩挖间隙以满足扩挖需求。

Abstract: The full-face TBM tunneling equipment has significant advantages in improving the efficiency of tunneling, controlling the stability of surrounding rock, and realizing automatic one-time tunneling. It exerts its advantages and applies to the construction of mine tunnels in deep complex geological conditions, which has an impact on the promotion of safe, efficient and intelligent tunneling in mines. Profound. Based on the summary and analysis of the application of TBM equipment in coal mines, combined with the engineering geological characteristics of the auxiliary transport roadway in the west of Gaojiabao coal mine of Zhengtong coal Industry in Shaanxi, this paper clearly proposes the adaptability of TBM tunneling in deep mines. Based on this, it is considered that the use of open TBM is more scientific. , And put forward targeted adaptability design of main parameters of tunneling system and adaptability technology of engineering transportation system in field application. Research shows that the use of open TBM for deep complex geological disaster mines is more flexible, and is more conducive to the prevention and control of roadway jams and other disasters, while adaptive design should mainly consider the disaster prevention and mitigation capabilities of system components such as cutter heads and shields to meet Deep complex mines have special requirements for the application of TBM equipment, such as the use of large-diameter hobs in the cutter head system to increase the tool life of hard rock roadways and increase the expansion clearance to meet the expansion needs. The research and application results can provide a certain reference basis for the research and application of TBM efficient and intelligent tunneling technology in deep mines.
