亭南煤矿村庄下宽条带开采地表移动规律研究

Study on the law of ground movement under the wide strip mining in the village of Tingnan Coal Mine

摘要: 为了研究村庄下压煤宽条带开采方法对地表移动变形特征的影响以及确立合适的开采参数,以彬长矿区亭南煤矿村庄下压煤的实际条件为背景,在分析该矿一盘区条带工作面开采地表移动变形观测数据的基础上,给出了该地质采矿条件下宽条带开采的地表移动变形规律,结合使用理论计算和数值模拟的方法,分析优化条带开采方案。结果表明,亭南煤矿一盘区建筑物下厚煤层宽条带综放开采的采宽在100~116m,留宽在80~100m时能够有效控制地表移动变形。

Abstract: In order to study the influence of wide strip mining on the village surface movement deformation, and establish suitable mining parameters, the paper analyze the data of surface movement deformation of the first panel strip working face based on the actual conditions of Tingnan Coal Mine. And the paper gets the law of surface movement and deformation of wide strip mining under the geological mining conditions. Combination of theoretical calculations and numerical simulation methods, Optimized strip mining options. The results show, it can be used to effectively control the thick coal seam wide strip fully mechanized caving mining surface movement deformation when the mining width is 100-116m and the leave width is 80-100m,which can realize safe mining under the first panel surface village buildings. The research results can provide basis for wide strip mining under the village buildings in Tingnan Coal Mine and Binchang Mining Area.
