综采工作面顶板预裂爆破振动对临近村庄民居的影响研究

Study on the influence of roof pre-blasting vibration in fully mechanized working face on adjacent residential buildings

摘要: 为了弱化坚硬顶板,减小顶板来压剧烈程度,保证开采过程的安全,山西高平科兴米山煤业有限公司选用顶板预裂爆破的方法人为破坏顶板。首先采用理论计算得出爆破所产生的振速峰值|然后利用数值模拟软件ANSYS/Ls-Dyna建立物理模型,对切眼顶板预裂爆破破碎的全过程进行数值模拟,提取预先设置的所有爆破观测点的爆破振动峰值|最后与理论计算值进行综合分析比较。结果表明,理论经验公式估算与数值模拟计算的结果基本吻合|距离居民区最近测点峰值振速不超过安全允许值,即表明按照设计的顶板预裂爆破方案进行爆破作业不会对上冯村民居的安全性产生明显影响。

Abstract: In order to weaken the hard roof, reduce the severity of the roof pressure, and ensure the safety of the mining process, the method of blasting and crushing is used to artificially destroy the integrity of the roof. The peak value of the vibration velocity generated by the blasting is calculated by the first theoretical calculation. Then the numerical simulation software ansys/ls-dyna is used to establish the physical model to simulate the whole process of the roof blasting and blasting, and the vibration of all the blasting observation points is extracted. The peak value and the theoretical calculation value are comprehensively analyzed and compared, and combined with the blasting vibration safety allowable standard value, the peak vibration velocity from the nearest measurement point of the residential area does not exceed the safety allowable value, and the conclusion of the safety of the neighboring Feng villagers is not affected. Furthermore, combined with engineering experience, the final conclusion that the blasting operation according to the designed roof pre-split blasting scheme will not have a significant impact on the safety of Shangfeng villagers' residence is obtained.
