Abstract: In order to improve the value of coal in Tongxin,enrich product structure,ensure product quality and increase economic efficiency,according to the raw coal features and the market demand,the feasibility of producing 1/3 coking coal from Tongxin raw coal was studied，finally，a flexible washing process of producing high-quality thermal coal and low-ash clean coal products was finalized.The results show that the new process can take into account the flexible production methods of producing 1/3 coking coal and high-quality thermal coal，can achieve rapid and flexible conversion according to market demand，enrich the product range，and enhance the company's competitiveness and comprehensive profitability.When producing low-ash clean coal，the Middle coal and other by-products can be blended with the first stage cleaned coal to obtain a blended coal that satisfies the demand for sales，further increasing the value of coal in Tongxin.
