巷道过溶洞的支护施工技术研究

摘要: 为了解决龙门峡南矿+623m回风平硐过6#溶洞的支护难题,首先对溶洞段工程地质及岩溶特征进行分析,确定采用疏堵结合的方法,以泄水性能良好的卵石充填并敷设排水管确保溶洞流水通道畅通,以“钢轨+钢筋混凝土”浇筑形成封堵溶洞体,通过引入边界条件对溶洞支护体采用拱梁分载法原理计算应力分析,并确定了溶洞封堵洞体支护方案,必须确保过溶洞的封堵洞体与周边岩层紧密结合,保证巷道运输、通风功能,并在封堵溶洞体设泄水管,安设水压观测表和自动泄水闸阀,水压超限自动排放,顺利地解决溶洞支护和安全难题,取得了良好的支护效果。

Abstract: Aiming at the Longmenxia-South Coal Mine encountered karst caves in +623m air return adit during construction,6# karst cave is the most complex, uses a combination of dredge and plugging,Using pebble filling and laying drainage pipes to ensure the cave water flow passage, casting the steel rail and reinforced concrete for plugging the caverns, set up the drain pipe in the cavern, install the waterproof gate valve and the pressure gauge,when water pressure overlimit,automatic emission,effectively solving the problem of cavern support and safety.
