层次注浆工艺在切顶留巷围岩加固工程的应用

Application of Level Grouting Process in Surrounding Rock Reinforcement Engineering of Cutting Roof

摘要: :针对沿空切顶卸压留巷巷道受断层影响大变形、无法进行常规支护等问题,对巷道表面位移、顶板离层进行监测,得到巷道围岩破碎后变形规律和围岩结构情况|并根据工程需求研发一种以新型无机注浆材料和注浆工艺为核心的层次注浆技术,对留巷巷道进行注浆加固治理。工程实践结果表明:经过层次注浆加固后,围岩变形得到快速控制,顶板下沉量控制在25mm之内,顶板离层量仅为2mm左右|顶板淋水问题得到解决,围岩裂隙得到有效充填加固,留巷巷道变形进入稳定阶段,能够满足后期使用要求。

Abstract: In order to solve the large deformation problem caused by faults in the roadway along the roadway with empty top cutting, the displacement of the roadway and the monitoring of the roof separation were used to obtain the deformation law and surrounding rock structure of the surrounding rock after the roadway was broken. A layered grouting technology with a new type of inorganic grouting material and grouting technology as the core, grouting reinforcement treatment of the roadway. The engineering practice results were shown that after the layer grouting reinforcement, the surrounding rock deformation was quickly controlled, the roof subsidence was controlled within 25mm, and the roof separation was only about 2mm; the roof watering problem is solved, and the surrounding rock fissure is effective. Filling and strengthening, the roadway deformation entered a stable stage, which can meet the later use.
