神东矿区8.8m超大采高工作面矿压综合监测与分析

摘要: 为保障神东矿区8.8m超大采高工作面安全生产,建立了上湾煤矿矿压与微震综合监测预警平台,并基于大数据分析手段,对8.8m超大采高工作面矿压显现及顶板活动规律、支架工况等进行了分析。研究表明:8.8m超大采高工作面周期来压显著且矿压显现强烈,所采用26000kN支架具有较好的适应性|周期来压期间支架下缩量平均为73mm,支架下缩明显|固定围岩条件下支架下缩量与支架增阻量保持良好的线性增长关系,而不同围岩条件下支架下缩量与支架增阻量的对应关系则具有较大的离散性,支架系统刚度受围岩条件的影响较大|8.8m超大采高工作面微震事件能量水平整体较低,但频次较高,且微震能量释放超前工作面矿压显现的时空对应关系为利用微震监测结果开展超大采高工作面顶板大面积来压预测预报提供了可能。

Abstract: In order to ensure safe production of Shendong 8.8m super-large mining height working face,a comprehensive monitoring and early warning platform for mine pressure and microseism in Shangwan Coal Mine was established. Based on the large data analysis, the rock pressure appearance, roof movement and support condition of 8.8m super-large working face are analyzed. Research shows: The periodic weighting of 8.8m super-high mining face is remarkable and the strata pressure is strong. The 26000kN support adopted has good adaptability. During the period of cyclic weighting, the average shrinkage of the support was 73 mm, and the shrinkage of the support was obvious. Under the condition of fixed surrounding rock, the relationship between the shrinkage of the support and the increment of the resistance of the support keeps a good linear growth, while the corresponding relationship has a greater discreteness when the surrounding rock conditions is different. The stiffness of support system is greatly affected by surrounding rock conditions. The energy level of microseismic events in 8.8m super-large working face is lower as a whole, but the frequency is higher,and the time-space correspondence between the release of microseismic energy ahead of the occurrence of ground pressure in working face also makes it possible to predict the large area weighting of roof in shallow seam by using microseismic monitoring results.
