西山地区煤层气径向水力钻孔技术应用及效果

Application and Effect Analysis of Radial Hydraulic Drilling Technology for Coalbed Methane in Xishan Area

摘要: 煤层气径向水力钻孔是国内近几年发展起来的用于煤层气增产的工艺技术。为了研究径向水力钻孔技术在煤层气井增产的应用效果,分析了该技术的原理与施工工艺,并对西山地区古交矿区两口煤层气井开展了径向水力钻孔施工试验。结果表明,径向水力钻井技术可增加煤层的导通能力,试验井产量获得了明显提升,但效果还不够理想。基于此,分别从地质与工程角度分析了增产效果不理想的原因。径向钻孔技术在煤层气排采增产改造及水力压裂工艺优化方面具有一定应用前景,但还需要加大该技术的理论基础研究,优化施工工艺。

Abstract: Coalbed methane (CBM) radial hydraulic drilling technology is developed in recent years in China to increase the production of coalbed methane. In order to study the application effect of radial hydraulic drilling technology in coalbed methane wells, the principle and construction technology of this technology were analyzed, with the field tests of the radial hydraulic drilling being carried out for two coalbed methane wells in Gujiao mining area of Xishan area. The results showed that radial hydraulic drilling technology could increase the conductivity of coal seam, and the production of the tested wells were significantly improved, but the results are not enough satisfying. On this basis, the reasons why the production increasing was not obvious were analyzed from the aspects of geology and engineering, respectively. Though radial drilling technology has a certain application prospect in CBM drainage stimulation and hydraulic fracturing process optimization, it is necessary to increase the study of basic theories and optimize the construction process.
