旋流浓缩除井下煤淤试验研究

Experimental study on removal of Coal silting from Underground Coal by cyclone concentration

摘要: 针对煤矿井下工作面矿井水流量大,夹杂煤泥颗粒不均匀,分离困难等问题,设计了一种带有浓缩斗的浓缩型旋流器,并通过正交试验分析探究了浓缩型旋流器对其浓缩除固性能的影响。结果表明:以底流浓度为评价指标得到最佳组合参数为进料压力0.14MPa,底流口直径15mm,浓缩斗口径21mm,进行矿井水试验得到底流浓度达47.61%,底流产率为42.19%|在底流产率评价指标下得到最佳参数为进料压力0.12MPa,底流口直径18mm,浓缩斗口径27mm,矿井水试验中底流浓度为40.52%,底流产率达到46.78%。并且根据无因次关系对旋流器放大进行了工业运行试验,旋流浓缩设备能够有效降低矿井水含水率,煤泥浓度可达近70%,可有效解决井下清淤问题。

Abstract: In the light of the problems of large water flow, non-uniform and difficult separation of the coal slime in the underground working face of the coal mine, a concentrated type cyclone with a concentration hopper is studied, and the influence of the concentration-type cyclone on the solid performance of the concentrated cyclone is investigated. The results show that the best combination parameter is 0.14MPa, the diameter of the bottom flow port is 15mm, the diameter of the concentrated bucket is 21mm, the bottom flow concentration is 47.61%, and the bottom abortion rate is 42.19%. The best parameter is the feed pressure of 0.12 under the evaluation index of the bottom abortion rate. The bottom flow concentration is 40.52% and the bottom abortion rate is 46.78% in the MPa, bottom outlet diameter 18 mm, concentration bucket caliber 27 mm, mine water test. According to the dimensionless relationship, the industrial operation test of cyclone amplification is carried out. The swirl concentration equipment can effectively reduce the water content of mine water, and the concentration of slime can reach nearly 70%.
