一次采全高综采工作面切顶卸压沿空留巷技术

Research and Application of Gob-side Entry Retaining Technology in Fully Mechanized Mining Face with Full Height at One Time

摘要: 根据塔河矿业榆树泉煤矿1014工作面和巷道概况,采用一次采全高综采工作面切顶卸压沿空留巷技术对其进行开采,在1014工作面采用“恒阻大变形锚索+钢带”加固后,再进行深孔爆破技术预裂顶板沿空切巷,爆破后采用临时和永久支护相结合方式加固支护顶板,最后架U型钢方式进行挡矸。结果表明:该技术可有效降低矿井掘进成本,满足矿井安全生产要求,取得了较好的支护效果和经济效益。

Abstract: Yushuquan Coal Mine has a shallow coal seam and simple geological conditions. It is suitable to use gob-side entry retaining technology. In order to improve the recovery rate of coal resources and reduce the number of heading roadways, Yushuquan Coal Mine adopts constant resistance large deformation anchor cable and steel belt reinforcement at 1014 working face, then carries out deep hole blasting technology to pre-crack the roof and cut the roadway along the gob-side. After blasting, it adopts temporary and permanent support to reinforce the supporting roof, and finally uses U-shaped steel to retain gangue, which has achieved good supporting effect.
