坚硬顶板切顶沿空留巷顶板运移规律及切缝参数分析

摘要: 为了合理确定切顶留巷切缝参数,以唐山沟煤矿坚硬顶板条件下切顶沿空留巷为工程背景,运用理论分析并结合现场实测结果,得到了切顶沿空留巷覆岩运移规律和顶板断裂结构特征,发现岩体间水平推力和剪切面摩擦力是阻碍顶板被顺利“切落”因素,通过分析岩梁力学结构和几何关系,得到了留巷顶板合理切缝参数,并进行了井下验证。研究结果表明:坚硬顶板条件下,切顶留巷顶板垮落后,将相互铰接约束,形成砌体梁平衡结构|切顶留巷顶板在被“切落”时,将由于岩体相互铰接导致的水平推力,存在一个阻碍顶板被切断的摩擦阻力|根据对切顶留巷顶板受力及几何关系分析,得到了合理顶板切缝角度与其他参数关系式,切缝角度与顶板岩层重度、采高正相关,与岩体抗拉强度、岩石碎胀系数成负相关。井下试验表明,采用推导计算式所得切顶参数可以使留巷采空区侧顶板较好被“切落”,留巷顶板压力及顶板移近量均在可控范围内,满足安全生产需要。

Abstract: Based on the engineering background of cutting roof along the hollow roadway under the condition of hard roof in tangshangou coal mine, in order to reasonably determine the cutting parameters of the roadway, this paper analyzes the law of overburden movement along the hollow roadway and the structural characteristics of roof fracture by using "masonry beam" theory. The results show that: under the condition of hard roof, the roof of cut-top retaining roadway will be hinged with each other to form the balance structure of masonry beam. The underground test shows that the roof cutting parameters obtained by the calculation formula in this paper can make the side roof of the goaf in the roadway better be "cut off ", and the pressure of the roof and the amount of the roof moving in the roadway are within the controllable range to meet the needs of safety production.
