矸石似膏体充填料浆临界流速影响因素研究

Research on Influencing Factors of Critical Flow Rate of Gangue Paste like Filler Slurry

摘要: 为探究矸石似膏体料浆在管输过程中的流变参数的影响因素,以公格营子矿矸石似膏体充填料浆为工程背景,使用CRT流变仪测试了不同浓度、矸石颗粒粒径下的矸石似膏体充填料浆的流变参数,运用流体力学和粒状物输送水力学分析了矸石颗粒在似膏体料浆的受力情况,运用Fluent软件对管道输送过程中不同流速、矸石粒径以及料浆浓度下的料浆流动状态以及粒子运动轨迹进行了模拟验证。结果表明,矸石似膏体料浆的矸石颗粒粒径大小和浓度会影响料浆的塑性粘度和初始切应力,进而对管道输送的临界流速产生影响。具体表现为在管输过程中,矸石粒径为15mm、20mm、较5mm和10mm更易下沉,料浆浓度达到76%时,料浆初始切应力增幅会出现急剧增加,随着料浆浓度增大,管输过程中矸石颗粒更不容易沉降。

Abstract: In order to explore the influencing factors of rheological parameters of gangue paste like slurry during pipeline transportation, taking the gangue paste like filling slurry of Gonggeyingzi mine as the engineering background, the rheological parameters of gangue paste like filling slurry under different concentration and gangue particle size were measured by CRT rheometer. The stress of gangue particles in paste like slurry is analyzed by using hydrodynamics and particle transportation hydraulics. The slurry flow state and particle trajectory under different flow velocity, gangue particle size and slurry concentration were simulated and verified by FLUENT software. The results show that the particle size and concentration of gangue paste slurry affect the plastic viscosity and initial shear stress of the slurry, and then affect the critical flow rate of pipeline transportation. Specifically, in the process of pipe transportation, gangue particles with particle sizes of 15mm and 20mm are more likely to sink than those of 5mm and 10mm. When slurry concentration reaches 76%, the increase of initial shear stress of slurry increases sharply. As slurry concentration increases, gangue particles are less likely to settle in the process of pipe transportation. This study has certain reference significance for setting parameters of gangue paste like filling slurry and engineering practice.
