我国煤矿重要机电运输设备安全管理现状及对策措施研究

Study on Safety Management Status and Countermeasures of Important Electromechanical Transport Equipment in Coal Mines in China

摘要: 针对煤矿用立井提升系统等10类作用重大、容易发生群死群伤事故的煤矿重要机电运输设备,通过对全国煤矿重要机电运输设备开展全面调研,掌握重要机电运输设备技术发展和安全管理现状,依托安全标志管理数据统计,研究了重要机电运输设备安全管理存在问题。结合对我国近8年煤矿机电、运输事故的综合分析,提出进一步改善重要机电运输设备安全保障水平的对策措施,为煤矿企业、设备生产企业、安全监管监察机构提供有益参考。

Abstract: In view of 10 kinds of important electromechanical transportation equipment in coal mines, such as vertical shaft hoisting system, which are of great significance and prone to mass death and injury accidents, through a comprehensive investigation across the country, the current situation of technical development and safety management is mastered. Combined with the statistics of MA Certification management data, the problems existing in the safety management of important electromechanical transportation equipment are studied. Combined with the comprehensive analysis of electromechanical and transportation accidents in coal mines in China in the past 8 years, the countermeasures to further improve the safety guarantee level of important electromechanical transportation equipment are put forward, which provides useful reference for coal mining enterprises, equipment manufacturing enterprises and safety supervision and supervision institutions.
