松软破碎煤层定向长钻孔高效抽采技术研究

Research on high-efficiency extraction technology of directional long borehole in soft and broken coal seam

摘要: 为有效解决松软破碎煤层透气性低导致的抽采效率低的问题,利用超大功率的ZYL-17000D定向钻机实现在松软破碎煤层中进行长距离钻进,采用随钻测量装置对长钻孔施工时出现的实际钻孔轨迹与设计钻孔轨迹进行实时比对,对存在偏差的钻孔进行及时纠偏,实现钻孔轨迹的实时跟踪控制。并在长平矿松软破碎煤层中进行现场施工,实现了钻孔长度达到300m的技术突破,每米钻孔抽采纯流量达到0.025m/min,与同一区域的普通顺层钻孔相比,抽采量提高了20.8倍,施工周期缩短了78d。大功率定向钻机长距离钻进的实验成功,验证了大功率定向钻机满足松软破碎煤层瓦斯治理需要,为松软破碎煤层的瓦斯治理提供了一种新的瓦斯治理思路。

Abstract: Soft and broken coal seam is one of the key factors affecting gas drainage efficiency. It is difficult to maximize the drainage efficiency by using conventional bedding drilling, which seriously affects the connection of mining and drainage. In order to solve this problem, Changping Mine adopts zyl-17000d high-power directional drilling rig with torque up to 6000 n ? m, realizes the technical breakthrough of drilling length up to 300m, and the net pumping flow per meter of drilling hole reaches 0.025m3/min. Compared with ordinary bedding holes in the same area, the pumping volume is increased by 20.8 times and the construction period is shortened by 78d. The successful experiment of high-power directional drilling rig verifies that the high-power directional drilling rig meets the mechanical equipment requirements of long-distance drilling in soft and broken coal seam, and improves the effectiveness of drilling and extraction, which provides a technical reference for gas drainage in similar mines.
