受上覆采空区影响的工作面巷道围岩应力分布规律测试研究

摘要: 多煤层开采引起的应力场叠加效应是引起煤矿深部煤与瓦斯突出、冲击地压及大变形失稳等灾害的重要原因之一。受上覆丁5,6-22260工作面采空区影响,平煤股份六矿戊8-32020工作面掘进过程中矿压显现剧烈,灾害发生风险较高。为揭示受影响掘进工作面巷道围岩应力分布规律,基于流变应力恢复法软岩应力测试技术,开展戊8-32020回风巷围岩应力现场测试研究。结果表明:上覆采空区对工作面应力分布的影响主要集中在自重应力方向,应力集中系数达1.75,水平方向应力影响相对较小|随着与采空区距离的增加,戊8-32020工作面回风巷围岩应力呈现先增加后逐渐减小的趋势|通过数据拟合预测了采空区的影响范围为戊8-32020回风巷右侧约75m,即距离采空区水平距离约146m。

Abstract: The superposition effect of stress field caused by multi-seam mining is one of the important reasons for disasters such as coal and gas outburst, rock burst and large deformation instability in deep coal mines. Due to the influence of mined-out area in the overlying ding 5,6-22260 working face, the mining pressure of Wu8-32020 working face of Pingmei No. 6 Mine appeared sharply in the driving process, and the risk of disaster was high. In order to reveal the stress distribution law of surrounding rock of roadway in the affected driving face, the field test study of surrounding rock stress of wu8-32020 wind roadway was carried out based on the soft rock stress testing technology of rheological stress recovery method. The results show that: the influence of the overlying goaf on the stress distribution of the working face is mainly concentrated in the direction of deadweight stress, with a stress concentration coefficient of 1.75, while the influence of horizontal stress is relatively small. With the increase of the distance from the goaf, the stress of surrounding rock of the wind roadway in Wu8-32020 working face firstly increases and then decreases gradually. Through data fitting, the influence range of goaf is predicted to be about 75m on the right side of wind lane E 8-32020, that is, the horizontal distance from goaf is about 146m.
