巨厚富水烧变岩露天边坡隔水煤(岩)柱构造技术研究

Research on water-proof Coal Pillar Structure Technology of water-rich burnt rock slope

摘要: 新疆大南湖矿区烧变岩厚度大,富水性强,隔水煤(岩)柱留设与边坡稳定控制问题是露天煤矿开采的关键之一,以新疆大南湖二矿为背景研究地下水与爆破振动耦合作用下烧变岩边坡隔水煤(岩)柱构造技术。通过现场爆破试验和数值模拟分析,揭示了边坡岩体应力和安全系数变化规律,确定了爆破振动影响范围|建立了多岩层隔水煤(岩)柱模型,提出了烧变岩露天矿隔水煤(岩)柱留设方法|基于边坡稳定分析给出烧变岩边坡参数设计方案,采用极限平衡方法对边坡参数进行了优化。结果表明:大南湖二矿隔水煤(岩)柱尺寸为火烧区边界+400m水平留设50m,考虑水力坡降优化后的边坡角为24°,相较原设计提高了2°,地下水与爆破振动耦合作用下烧变岩露天边坡隔水煤(岩)柱构造技术解决了边坡稳定控制及坡面涌水问题,对内蒙古西部及新疆地区烧变岩煤矿的安全开采具有一定参考。

Abstract: The key to open-pit coal mining is the setting up of water-resisting coal (rock) pillar and the control of slope stability, based on the background of the No. 2 Mine in Dananhu, Xinjiang, the paper studies the technique of coal (rock) pillar structure of the burnt rock slope under the coupling action of ground water and blasting vibration. Based on the field blasting test and numerical simulation analysis, the variation law of rock mass stress and Factor of safety is revealed, the range of blasting vibration is determined, and the water-proof coal (rock) pillar model of multi-rock strata is established, based on the analysis of the slope stability, the design scheme of the parameters of the burnt rock slope is given, and the parameters of the slope are optimized by the limit equilibrium method. The results show that the size of water-proof coal (rock) pillar is 50m at the boundary of burning area + 400m and the Slope Angle is 24 ° , which is 2 ° higher than the original design, under the coupling action of ground water and blasting vibration, the construction technology of water-resisting coal (Rock) pillar in burnt rock open-pit slope solves the problems of slope stability control and water gushing, under the premise of ensuring the safety of the slope, the maximum economic benefit of the burnt rock opencast mine is realized.
