The Review of the Technology to Detect Longitudinal Tear on Conveyor Belts

摘要: 胶带撕裂事故时有发生,如果检测处理不及时,由于胶带运动速度很快,极易造成数十米、数百米的胶带损坏,严重时甚至损毁机架、造成巨大财产损失,危及现场工作人员生命安全。 文章在系统分析胶带撕裂产生原因及特征表现的基础上,总结了目前常用的胶带撕裂检测方法,包括:基于机械操作的撕裂检测技术,基于超声波的撕裂检测技术,基于胶带改造的撕裂检测技术,基于机器视觉的撕裂检测技术和其他胶带撕裂检测技术。讨论了各种方法的基本原理和优缺点,并对胶带撕裂检测的发展方向进行了总结与展望。

Abstract: Belt conveyor plays an important role in enterprises such as mines, ports due to its fast speed, huge transport volume and long transport distance. Conveyor belt rip occurs from time to time, and if the alarm is not given in time, the entire belt frame structure will be severely damaged. It will directly lead to huge economic loss and even threaten the safety of workers. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of belt tear, the commonly used methods for conveyor belt rip detection were summarized in this paper, the basic principles, advantages and disadvantages of the methods were discussed, and the development direction of the detection of conveyor belt rip was summarized and prospected.
