双向聚能爆破技术在岩巷掘进中的应用

Application of Bidirectional Shaped Charge Blasting Technology in Rock Roadway Excavation

摘要:

摘 要: 针对潘三矿准备采区系统巷道炮掘施工进度慢、效率低的问题, 分析了影响炮掘岩巷进尺主要因素并确定了其影响权重, 结合双向聚能爆破机理提出了一种新型的聚能管装置, 改进了爆破掏槽方案, 优化了炮眼参数、炮眼布置以及炮眼装药量, 形成了双向聚能爆破技术。现场应用结果表明: 该技术打眼少、效果好、出矸快、费用低, 既保障了巷道周边成型, 又提高了进尺效率, 掘进进尺由最高的48m/月提高到81m/月, 进尺效率增加了68.8%, 实现了硬岩大断面岩巷炮掘快速施工, 节约了施工成本, 可为同类型地质条件下巷道施工提供借鉴。

Abstract:

Aiming at the problem of the slow progress and low efficiency in preparation area rock system, which adopted blasting excavation method, Based on the field analysis, 7 main factors affecting rock roadway footage were obtained, 5 types were divided and the influence weight was analyzed. Combined with the rock breaking mechanism and process of bidirectional shaped charge blasting,a new shaped charge tube device was proposed,on this basis,the two step cutting scheme was designed, the borehole parameters, borehole layout and borehole charge were optimized respectively, the bidirectional shaped charge blasting technical was formed and applied in field.The application results showed that this technology had the advantages of less drilling, good effect, fast gangue production and low cost. It not only ensured the forming of the surrounding roadway, but also improved the footage efficiency. The monthly footage increased from 48 meter to 81 meter, Compared to the maximum monthly footage with previous blasting techniques, the footage efficiency increased by 68.8%, The fast construction of hard rock roadway with large section was realized, and the construction cost was saved. It can provide reference for roadway construction under the same geological conditions.
