大采高工作面粉尘综合治理技术研究与应用

摘要:

针对大采高工作面粉尘防控难题, 提出了采煤工作面粉尘“ 分源-分区-分级”治理技术, 通过对采煤工作面粉尘分布特征进行现场实测分析, 将采煤工作面尘源分为采煤机割煤区域、液压支架跟机移架区域、刮板输送机转载区域、回风巷道区域, 针对不同区域粉尘的分布特征及治理要求, 进行分源、分区、分级治理。通过对采煤机内、外喷雾进行优化设计, 有效提高了喷雾装置的射程与雾化效果; 通过研发应用于液压支架的AAZ-LNN新型喷嘴, 并结合负压卷吸除尘器和架间接尘装置, 大幅提高了液压支架跟机移架区域的降尘效果; 通过研发应用风水联动降尘装置, 实现了对刮板输送机转载点及破碎机处粉尘的有效防控; 通过应用回风巷道全断面雾幕捕尘网装置, 对采煤工作面逃逸的粉尘进行有效捕捉。基于上述采煤工作面粉尘“ 分源-分区-分级” 治理技术装备的研发应用, 红柳林煤矿25212工作面总粉尘、呼吸性粉尘的除尘率均提高40%, 工作面作业环境得到有效改善。

Abstract:

In view of the difficult problem of dust prevention and control in large mining height working face, the treatment idea of dust sourcing-zoning-classification in coal working face was proposed. Based on the field measurement analysis of dust distribution characteristics in coal working face, dust sources in coal working face were divided into shearer cutting area, hydraulic support following machine moving area, scraper conveyer transfer area and re-turn air roadway area. According to the distribution characteristics and treatment requirements of dust in different areas, the treatment was carried out by different sources, zones and stages. By optimizing the inner and outer spray design of shearer, the range and atomization effect of the spray device are improved effectively. Through the de-velopment of AAZ-LNN nozzle applied in the hydraulic support, combined with the negative pressure coil suction dust collector and direct dust devices between hydraulic supports, the dust removal effect of the hydraulic support following the machine is greatly improved. Through the development and application of geomantic linkage dust removal device, the effective prevention and control of dust at the transfer point of scraper conveyor and crusher was realized. The dust escaping from the coal face can be captured effectively by using fog curtain dust collection net device in the whole section of return air roadway. Based on the research and development and application of the above-mentioned dust source-zone-classification treatment technology equipment, the dust removal rate of to-tal dust and resizable dust of 25212 working face is increased by 40%, and the working environment of the work-ing face is effectively improved, which can provide technical reference for dust control of similar working face.
