焦家沟煤矿综采面采煤机扩切眼工艺研究及应用

Open-off reaming with Shearer in fully mechanized mining face of Jiaojiagou Coal Mine

摘要:

针对采用综掘机扩切眼造成围岩变形破坏严重、施工效率不高、支护成本和作业人员劳动强度高等问题, 以焦家沟煤矿5307综采工作面地质条件和开采参数为背景, 提出了掘进小断面巷道贯通工作面两巷、采煤机循环扩切眼工艺和“永久+临时” 支护的方式进行大断面开切眼施工, 并在5307综采工作面开切眼进行了现场试验。试验表明, 扩切眼期间围岩稳定性良好, 开切眼支护劳动强度降低, 施工效率提升了37.5%, 作业人员减少了33.0%, 取得了显著的安全和经济效益。

Abstract:

In view of the actual on-site problems of serious deformation and destruction of surrounding rock, low construction efficiency, support cost and high labor intensity caused by the use of comprehensive excavating machine for reaming, taking geological conditions and mining parameters of 5307 fully mechanized mining face of Jiaojiagou Coal Mine as background. In this paper, the small section roadway is put forward to carry out the large section hole cutting construction by means of “permanent + temporary” support. Field tests were carried out on 5307 fully mechanized mining face with opening holes. The practice shows that the surrounding rock stability is good during opening holes, the labor intensity of opening holes support is reduced, the construction efficiency is increased by 37.5%, the number of workers is reduced by 33.0%, and significant safety and economic benefits have been achieved. It can provide reference for the opening of fully mechanized mining face under similar conditions.
