新型似膏体充填料浆流变仪的研制

摘要: 随着采矿工程技术的发展,以煤矸石作为充填骨料的充填技术正在被研究和应用[1]。为了解决因煤矸石一般颗粒粒径比较大,普通流变仪器不能满足对其料浆流变参数测试的问题,利用现有实验室的搅拌器和功率计以及功率传感器,以传统旋转粘度计为参数标定仪器对自制流变仪进行标定,找出两者之间的相关转化系数以及自制流变仪的测试公式继而测出粗颗粒骨料的料浆流变参数,并分析了自制流变仪器误差的原因。

Abstract: As the development of mining engineering ,the filling technology used gangue as filling aggregate is being studied and applied.In order to solve the problems of general rheological instruments can not test the parameter of slurry for the relatively large size of gangue in general. The use of existing laboratory mixers and power meter and power sensor considered the the traditional rotational viscometer as the parameter calibration instruments for self-calibration rheometer to identify the correlation between the two conversion coefficients, as well as self-rheometer for testing formula then measured coarse aggregate slurry rheological parameters, and analyzed the reasons for self-rheological instrumental error.
