新安矿顺层钻孔不同深度处负压分布情况研究

The Pressure Distribution along Coal Seam Drilling at Different Depths about Xin' an Coal Mine

摘要: 在顺煤层抽采钻孔中,钻孔瓦斯抽采流量同钻孔内部抽采负压大小紧密相关,而钻孔内部不同深度处负压分布情况又因钻孔阻力及压差损耗而有所不同。为明确钻孔内部负压分布与钻孔深度的关系,从而有效指导顺层抽采钻孔的钻进深度,论文特从流体力学及动能守恒定律方面对钻孔内瓦斯运移所消耗的压差能进行讨论,从而得出了钻孔内部抽采负压分布情况同钻孔长度关系不大的结论,并在文章结尾部分给出了一定条件下顺层钻孔的合理钻进深度,对煤矿瓦斯抽采钻孔深度的设计具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract: It has a close relationship between gas flowing and the pressure in coal seam drilling, and the pressure distribution along coal seam drilling at different depths is not same because of resistance when the gas flowing. in order to get the relationship between pressure and the drilling depths, This article discussed the loss energy when gas flowing from the fluid dynamics and kinetic energy conservation law, and get the conclusion that the drainage pressure along coal seam drilling has a little change with the depths, and given a reasonable depth of borehole drilling that has guiding significance for the design of coal mine methane drainage drilling depth at the end of the article section.
