路天选煤厂两段浮选工艺方案研究

Study on the two-stage flotation program of Lutian coal preparation plant

摘要: 针对路天选煤厂原煤性质波动大、浮选指标稳定性差、浮选尾矿跑煤的问题,研究了入浮煤泥的基本特性,进行了浮选流程的实验模拟,并对精选型两段浮选流程进行了探讨。采用精选型两段浮选流程、优化精选尾矿去向,既可以提高煤产率、稳定精煤质量,还可提升浮选系统的适应性

Abstract: The flotation efficiency and the quality of flotation concentrate of Lutian are not satisfying for poor quality of raw coal. The characteristics of the flotation feed and the possible flow sheets were studied in detail, and the two-stage flotation were put forward and discussed. It shows that the two -stage flotation process with optimizing of the tailings flow direction of second stage can improve the adaptability of the flotation system, increase the yield and quality of the flotation concentrate.
