保德选煤厂北区煤泥水药剂制度优化的研究与改进

Research and Improvement of Coal Slurry Reagent System Optimization in North Area of Bao-De Coal Preparation Plant

摘要: 结合保德选煤厂北区煤泥水系统实际问题,作者对加药制度进行了实验研究,分析了阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺和聚合氯化铝的添加以及添加量对煤泥水沉降效果的影响。实验结果显示,随着聚丙烯酰胺浓度的提高,煤泥水沉降速度提高,在1.5‰时沉降效果最好,而聚合氯化铝的添加不利于煤泥水的沉降。本文同样对搅拌时间以及制药水水质对药剂效果的影响进行了研究,最终确定了清水制药、搅拌时间1800s的最优选择。保德选煤厂北区根据实验结果采取了一系列的措施,最终月节约药耗成本20000元,改善了循环水水质,并实现商品煤发热量合格率95%以上。

Abstract: Based on practical problems of coal slurry system in north area of Bao-De coal preparation plant, experiment research on reagent system was carried out and it analysis the influence of anionic polyacrylamide(APAM)and polymerization aluminum chloride (PAC) addition and addition amount to coal slurry settling effect. The results show that coal slurry settlement speed up with higher APAM concentration, and it has the best settlement effect when the value is 1.5‰. While the PAC addition has negative effects. Meanwhile, how the stirring time and water quality influence reagent system is also studied. It finally determine optimal corresponding value as 1800s and clean water. According to the experiment result, the north area of Bao-De coal preparation plant adopt a series of measures to save reagent consumption cost 20000 Yuan per month, to improve the quality of circulating water, and to realize more than 95% qualified rate of commercial coal caloric.
