摘要: 摘 要:通过量热分析DSC法的手段,研究了煤低温氧化的活化能。通过筛选粒径为32~60目、60~90目、90~200目煤粉进行分析,并在不同升温速率条件下且在氮、氧比例为4:1的环境中进行。试验取得了各自煤样不同条件下的活化能变化趋势,并通过计算得出了各自的活化能值,为划分煤自燃倾向性提供一个科学有效的指标。

Abstract: Abstract:By means of differential scanning calorimeter (DSC),the activation energy of coal oxidation at low temperature is learned.The coal samples are sieved into coal powder in particle size of 0.076~0.18mm, 0.18~0.30mm, 0.30~0.56mm.The reactions process at different heating rates and in the circumstance of nitrogen, oxygen concentration of air supply at ratio of 4:1.The trend of different kinds of coal's activation energy is attained from the experiment,and their activation energy values are calculated.A scientific and effective index is provided for dividing the spontaneous combustion tendentiousness of coal.
