摘要: 为解决复合顶板巷道维护难的问题,以车集煤矿2609区段运输平巷为例,研究了该巷道的地质条件,并通过FLAC数值模拟软件对巷道在原支护和各种新支护方案下的应力分布和变形特征进行模拟分析,最终确定巷道围岩控制的合理支护方案和科学支护参数,经工程实践表明,巷道围岩表面位移量和顶板离层量都比较小,维护了巷道稳定性,达到预期目标。

Abstract: In order to solve the support problem of crushed surrounding rock of thick unconsolidated layers in Chensilou mine,based on the geological conditions and supporting types and parameters of -720 level main return air roadway.By using FLAC numerical simulation software.Strengthen the control technology of supporting structure is put forward. anchor performance parameters and supporting scheme are simulation analysis including anchorage length、pre-tightening force、anchor length and space between bolts. Simulation results show that design support scheme is superior to the original support scheme.The practice shows that the support scheme is scientific and reasonable, achieve the expected support target.
