多层钢结构厂房振动探讨

摘要: 针对选煤厂主厂房设备多,结构布置复杂,大型设备(筛子,离心机等)运行中常常有动荷载和其引起的振动问题,结合工程实例,对由设备引起的厂房振动的问题,采用传统的简化计算(单根梁)和有限元方法进行了对比,分析发现设备振动的原因。结果表明:设备入料端与出料端支座高差较大时,采用整体计算的有限元方法能够较为真实的反应结构的固有频率|另外从减小设备对厂房振动的角度,设备的布置宜布置在厂房的低端。

Abstract: Main workshop equipment for coal preparation plant, the structure arrangement complex, large equipment (sieve, centrifuges, etc.) are often dynamic load and vibration caused by the operation problems, combining with a project example, for the problems caused by equipment vibration, adopts the traditional simplified calculation (single beam) and the finite element method are compared, the analysis found the cause of the equipment vibration. Results show that the equipment into the material end and discharge end bearing elevation, could be real using finite element method to compute the overall response of the structure of the natural frequency; In addition, from the perspective of reducing equipment for vibration of equipment layout should be decorated on the low side of the building
