液态CO2处理对微粉煤性质的影响研究

Research on ultra-fine coal surface properties before and after treatment with liquid CO2

摘要: 为了考查液态二氧化碳(CO2)对微粉煤性质的影响,利用间歇作业的搅拌混合柱开展了微粉煤表面改性试验研究,结合FTIR、XPS及微量热仪等分析仪器重点研究了经液态CO2处理改性前后微粉煤官能团和润湿热的变化情况。结果表明:采用液态CO2处理可以降低微粉煤含氧官能团含量,从而改变微粉煤的亲/疏水性官能团的比例|而由于液态CO2良好的扩散吸附特性导致无机矿物微粒夹带进入煤颗粒的内部空隙,最终使得无机矿物微粒覆盖在其内表面上而导致润湿热的增加。

Abstract: In order to understand the influence of ultra-fine coal surface properties before and after pretreatment with liquid CO2, the experiments of surface modification was performed in a column type agitator. And Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and micro-calorimeter were used to analyze the variation of surface functional groups and wetting heat. The results show that liquid carbon dioxide could change the percentage of hydrophilic and hydrophobic functional groups, with the reaction time, the content of hydrophilic functional groups increased, the wetting heat decreased gradually.
