万利一矿选煤厂技术改造工艺设计

Technical reform process design of Wanli No. 1 Coal Preparation Plant

摘要:

以万利一矿选煤厂技术改造工程为背景, 针对原煤外在水分高, 细末煤含量大的煤质特征, 采用弛张筛替代之前的振动筛脱粉; 对重介浅槽分选环节进行改造使其既可以实现串联也可以实现并联的生产方式; 在块精煤破碎后增加离心脱水环节, 降低了产品的水分, 提高了商品煤发热量, 与技术改造前相比精煤产率提高了28%。精煤全水分降低了约3.1%, 发热量增加约148kcal/kg, 企业实现了扭亏为盈。可为大型动力煤选煤厂技术改造项目设计提供经验参考。

Abstract:

Based on the technical reform engineering of Wanli No. 1 coal preparation plant, according to?the coal quality characteristics of high external moisture and high content of fine coal, replace the former vibrating screen with a relaxation screen, reform the heavy-medium shallow-trough separation process so that it can be connected in series or parallel, add a centrifugal dehydration process block clean coal after crushing, the moisture content of the product is reduced, the calorific value of the commercial coal is increased, and the clean coal yield is increased by 28% compared with that before the technical transformation. The total moisture of clean coal decreased by about 3.1% and the calorific value increased by about 148kcal/kg ,business turn loss into gain.Reference experience for the design of technical transformation project of large-scale steam coal preparation plant is provided.
