散料集装箱快速定量装车技术研究与应用

Research and application of rapid quantitative loading for bulk material container

摘要:

在我国经济发展处于新常态和“一带一路”战略推广的背景下,单车双集装箱散料物流运输需求加速提升,传统装车技术无法实现单车双集装箱散料的连续装载。针对上述问题,分析了煤炭集装箱快速定量装车典型工艺参数,研究了单套、两套独立、两套联体、单套双仓快速定量装车可行方案,提出一种双仓协同异步装车新技术,称重仓、溜槽相互独立作业,解决了单车双集装箱无法连续装车的难题,装车效率大大提高,装车质量也得到保障。工程应用表明,散料集装箱快速定量装车系统最大装车能力可达7200t/h,较实际装载需求提升10%以上,实现了单车双集装箱的连续、快速、高效装载。

Abstract:

Under the background of China's economic development in “new normal” and the promotion of the Belt and Road Initiative, the bulk material logistics and transportation demand of single wagon double open top container is accelerating. The existing loading technology can only meet the requirements of single container, cannot realize the continuous and efficient loading of single wagon double container. The two containers are usually placed unevenly, which also brings great difficulties to container loading. In order to solve the above problems, taking coal container loading as an example, according to the actual loading demand of 6500 t/h, the rapid quantitative loading scheme of containers is deeply analyzed, and the scheme of single set and double warehouse rapid quantitative loading system is finally determined, and a new technology of double warehouse cooperative asynchronous loading is proposed, which solves the problem that single wagon double container cannot be continuously loaded. The loading efficiency is greatly improved, and the loading quality is guaranteed. The engineering practice shows that the rapid quantitative loading system of bulk container realizes the automation and intelligence of the rapid quantitative loading process of container, and the maximum loading capacity can reach 7200 t/h. The research results are of great significance to the development of railway container multimodal transport, the promotion of railway supply-side structural reform, and the promotion of green and low-carbon development of integrated transportation.
