新街台格庙矿区北部四井选煤厂布局研究

Study on layout of coal preparation plant of four Wells in the north of Taigemiao mining area of Xinjie

摘要:

为了充分发挥新街台格庙矿区一个主体整装开发优势,结合矿区各井田位置,以定量方式,对前期开发的北部四井选煤厂布局进行了多方案比较和分析。坚持“集约、共享、绿色、经济、高效” 的发展理念,舍弃建设4座矿井型选煤厂或四井联合建设1座群矿型选煤厂思路,选用了两井联合建设2座群矿型选煤厂的布局。大大节约了用地面积,提高了基建设施的使用效率,实现了节能降耗举措,降低了建设投资和运行费用,提高了全员效率和设计效率,对具有类似条件的群矿型选煤厂布局具有良好的借鉴意义。

Abstract:

This paper gives full play to the advantages of one main body integrated development in the Xinjie Taigemiao mining area, and combines the location of each mine field in the mining area. Adhering to the development concept of "intensive, sharing, green, economic and efficient", we abandoned the idea of building four mine type coal preparation plants or four Wells jointly building one group coal preparation plant, and chose the layout of two Wells jointly building two group coal preparation plants. It greatly saves the land area, improves the use efficiency of infrastructure facilities, realizes the measures of energy saving and consumption reduction, reduces the construction investment and operating costs, improves the efficiency of all personnel and design efficiency, and has a good reference significance for the layout of group coal preparation plants with similar conditions.
