煤巷掘进工作面冲击地压防治分级管理体系研究

摘要:

为了建立更加合理的掘进工作面冲击地压风险分级管理体系,首先采用因素分析法对煤巷掘进工作面冲击地压影响因素进行研判,获得掘进工作面冲击地压主要风险源。然后在风险因素分析的基础上,利用风险核查法确定采用两个一级指标和七个二级指标,对煤巷掘进工作面冲击地压风险进行综合评价分级,其中,两个一级指标为煤巷掘进工作面防冲理论及技术指标、煤巷掘进工作面防冲人员及管理指标,并针对一级指标分别提出了对应二级指标。采用层次分析法对各指标权重进行了计算,形成了煤巷掘进工作面冲击地压风险分级体系,将分级结果划分为“安全”“较安全”“中等”“较严重”“严重”五个等级,并根据不同风险等级,提出了合理化管理体系。最后,将分级体系应用到金庄煤矿掘进工作面,该工作面初始评级为“较严重”,制定针对性防控安全对策和配套制度措施并实施后,将风险等级提升至“较安全”级别,表明建立的分级管理体系较为合理,研究结果对掘进工作面冲击地压防治具有一定参考意义。

Abstract:

The prevention and control of rock burst risk in coal roadway excavation work face is directly related to the safety production level of coal mines. The research aims to establish a graded management system for rock burst risk in excavation work face, and improve the effectiveness of rock burst prevention and control from the management level. In order to obtain a more reasonable hierarchical management system, factor analysis method is adopted. Firstly, the influencing factors of rock burst in coal roadway excavation working face are analyzed, and the main risk sources of rock burst in excavation working face are obtained. On the basis of risk factor analysis, the risk verification method is used to determine the use of two primary indicators and seven secondary indicators to comprehensively evaluate and classify the risk of rock burst in coal roadway excavation working face. Among them, two primary indicators are the theoretical and technical indicators of coal roadway excavation face anti-collision, and the personnel and management indicators of coal roadway excavation face anti-collision. Corresponding secondary indicators have been proposed for the primary indicators. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was used to calculate the weights of various indicators, forming a risk classification system for rock burst in coal roadway excavation working faces. The classification results were divided into five levels: "safe", "relatively safe", "moderate", "relatively serious", and "serious". Based on different risk levels, a rational management system was proposed accordingly. Finally, the grading system was applied to the excavation face of Jinzhuang mine, which was initially rated as "relatively serious". After the development and implementation of targeted prevention and control safety measures and supporting institutional measures, the hazard level was raised to "relatively safe", indicating that the established grading management system is reasonable. The research results have certain reference significance for the prevention and control of rock burst in excavation faces.
