凤凰山矿15号煤顶板高位钻孔抽放瓦斯技术研究

Study of high position bore gas drainage technique of No. 15 coal of Fenghuangshan coal mine

摘要: 针对凤凰山矿151304综采工作面“U”型通风系统回采过程中上隅角瓦斯超限实际,在分析采空区瓦斯主要来源于上覆9号煤层的基础上,利用煤层回采后煤层顶板覆岩层的卸压特征,在煤层顶板覆岩内布置高位钻孔直接对上邻近层卸压瓦斯进行抽采和拦截,并对钻孔布置参数进行了研究。实践应用表明,所设计施工的顶板高位钻孔能够很好的满足151304工作面采空区瓦斯治理的需要,解决了工作面瓦斯超限问题。

Abstract: Gas in the upper corner of the ventilation system of working area No. 151304, Fenghuangshan coal mine has overrun during extraction. This paper has proved that the source of gas was the upper seam No. 9.The upper neighbor relieved gas been drained and blocked, and the parameters of drill location have been studied based on the analysis of the release character of the overburden after coal seam extraction. Practice has proved that the roof upper drill designed in this paper can primely satisfy the need of gas control of working area No. 151304, and the gas overrun issue in this working area has been solved.
