聚氨酯水泥浆封孔技术在新景矿的应用

摘要: 摘要:根据阳煤集团新景矿瓦斯抽放孔采用聚氨酯封孔,抽放效果差的现象,通过对瓦斯抽放孔巷道的应力变化和裂隙进行研究,改进封孔参数和工艺,得出了适合阳煤集团新景矿瓦斯抽放孔的封孔工艺技术,即聚氨酯水泥浆双重封孔工艺技术,通过现场应用表明,该技术能有效提高瓦斯抽放效率。

Abstract: Abstract: A study on stress change and fracture in gas drainage roadway were done, because of the poor effect of sealing for gas drainage hole by using polyurethane in Xinjing coal mine of Yangquan coal industry(group) co.,ltd. The hole sealing technology suitable for gas drainage hole in Xinjing coal mine be obtained, by improving the parameters and process of hole sealing. The new sealing technology for gas drainage hole is using polyurethane and cement slurry. The new hole sealing technology can effectively improve gas drainage effect, according to field application.
