低浓度瓦斯发电气体预处理技术研究

Low concentration CMM power generation gas pretreatment

摘要: 基于国内煤矿瓦斯抽采条件限制,抽采瓦斯浓度普遍较低,因此煤矿瓦斯发电多为低浓度瓦斯发电机组。由于低浓度瓦斯特性和抽放站条件限制,目前低浓度瓦斯普遍没有进行预处理,进入瓦斯发电机组的瓦斯品质较差,严重影响瓦斯发电机组运行稳定性、可靠性、经济性。为了改善机组运行状况,低浓度瓦斯应进行预处理。本文提出了低浓度瓦斯进行预处理的几项技术措施,并进行了综合性技术经济分析,为低浓度瓦斯发电建设提供参考性意见。

Abstract: Based on the gas drainage conditions of coal mine,CMM concentration is generally low,Therefore CMM generating more for low concentration CMM generating set。Due to the low concentration CMM characteristics and gas drainage station conditions,At present the low concentration CMM generally without pretreatment,CMM quality is poorer,The serious influence gas generating set operation stability,reliability and economy。In order to improve the unit operation condition,low concentration CMM should carry on the pretreatment.,And the comprehensive technical and economic analysis for low concentration gas power generation reference opinions for the construction。
