露天矿地形地质集成实体模型动态更新技术研究

Research on Open-pit integrated solid model dynamic update technology

摘要:

针对露天开采的特点,本文提出了一种露天矿地形地质集成实体模型快速动态更新方法。该方法地形及采场模型采用扩展边界内局部更新方法,实现采动范围内新旧两期DEM无缝拼接;地质模型则采用重构方法,将新增的写实数据作为新的样本点,重新进行空间插值,重构地层及地质体模型;更新后的地形、地质实体模型,通过两两布尔运算进行实体耦合,实现了集成实体模型的动态更新。应用实例表明:该方法快速可靠稳定,操作性强,能够实现工程体无缝开挖模拟和空间分析,满足了生产设计及工程管理对于集成模型动态精准的要求。

Abstract:

A new method of Open-pit Topography and Geology Integrated Solid Models dynamic update was put forward based on surface mining character. In this method, the topography and open pit field models local update in extended boundaries was realized by seamless splicing between New Tins and Old Tins. And the geology solid model was composed of stratum and geologic bodies’ models, which were reconstructed by re-interpolated Points based on new adding reality points. After that Open-pit integrated solid model updated was come true by Boolean coupled operation each other. The application case shows that this method is fast, effective, stable and operable. And it can satisfy the need of integrated solid model dynamic accuracy in mining design and engineering management.
