液态CO2相变致裂机理及应用技术研究

摘要: 为了更好地将液态CO2相变致裂技术应用到煤层增透领域中,达到经济快速消突的目的,通过理论对致裂过程进行了分析,将致裂过程分成冲击波作用和高压气体作用过程。并根据气体力学和断裂力学理论建立了致裂的力学方程,计算得到了十三矿致裂影响半径为8.2m,同时通过现场试验验证了计算得到的影响半径是准确的,为液态CO2相变致裂技术在增透消突机制、技术参数等方面的研究奠定了基础。

Abstract: In order to make Liquid CO2 Phase Transition fracture technology economical and efficient in antireflection zone, the crack initiation process is analyzed, and the mechanical equation is established by gas mechanics and fracture mechanics in this paper. And calculate the radius of influence in the NO.13 coal mine is 8.2m, the calculated results are verified by the field tests on the same time. In this paper, the study of the technology lay the foundation of the research of mechanism of the increase of the mechanism, technology parameters and other aspects.
