特厚煤层大断面煤巷围岩稳定及其控制研究

Research on stability and control of large section roadway with extremely-thick coal seam

摘要: 为解决特厚煤层大断面煤巷变形剧烈、难支护等问题,通过运用FLAC3D数值模拟软件研究了顶煤厚度、巷道宽度对围岩稳定的影响,并根据围岩变形破坏特征提出了“两级支护结构体”控制系统——“大、小锚杆”协同控制体系|通过建立巷道顶板力学模型对围岩稳定进行了分析。现场试验结果表明:采用“两级支护结构体”控制技术,巷道顶底板相对移近量最大112mm,两帮相对移近量最大87mm,巷道围岩控制效果好。

Abstract: In order to solve the high deformation and difficult support problems of large section roadway with extremely-thick coal seam, the paper studied top coal thickness and roadway width which have influence on stability of surrounding rock through FLAC3D software. “two-stage controlling system”, namely “BS bolts” cooperative control system, is proposed based on destruction characters of surrounding rock. its stability is analyzed by mechanics theory. Field test results show that roof-to-floor relative convergence is 112mm, with two sides relative convergence is 87mm by used two-stage controlling system. The surrounding rock of roadway is effectively controlled.
