矿用液力传动车辆防爆半自动电液换挡系统技术研究

摘要: 针对目前矿用柴油机液力传动车辆手动机械换挡方式存在的换档冲击大、操作费力、零部件易磨损、维修不便等问题,研究开发了一套适合煤矿井下车辆特点和工况的防爆半自动电液换挡系统。论文详细阐述了该系统的原理构成及液压、电控部分的设计,并对所进行的性能试验进行了介绍。矿用液力传动车辆防爆半自动电液换挡系统的研究开发,对提高矿用柴油机液力传动车辆的驾驶舒适性、提高变速系统寿命、方便车辆维修具有较好的指导意义和应用推广价值。

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of shifting impact, hard operation, easy abrasion and inconvenient maintenance of the manual mechanical shifting system which is used by the mining hydraulic transmission diesel engine vehicle at present. The author developed a Semi-automatic electro hydraulic transmission control system suitable for the characteristics and working conditions of underground. This paper describes the principle of the system, the design of the hydraulic control part, and the performance test of the system. The research and development of this system has a good guiding significance and application value to improve the driving comfort, improve the life of the transmission system, and facilitate the maintenance of vehicles.
