摘要: 针对目前瓦斯抽采钻孔存在的封孔质量问题,提出了以新型无机封孔材料、封孔器为一体的瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔成套技术,进一步发展完善了“两堵一注”带压注浆封孔工艺。该成套技术在保德煤矿进行了现场试验应用,在100d的考察期内试验钻孔组平均浓度达到了80%以上,有效解决了保德煤矿存在封孔质量不足的问题,为保德煤矿下一步瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔工艺的选择确定提供数据参考及建议。

Abstract: The quality of gas extraction drilling hole sealing is one of the major factors affecting extraction effect. Aim to solve the problem of gas extraction sealing quality, on the basis of researching in hole sealing materials and technology, it has formed an unitized technology with new inorganic hole sealing material and sealing hole opener, further perfecting the "two sealing and one grouting" with pressure grouting hole sealing technology. Through field test applied in Baode coal mine, and in the 30 day inspection period test the drilling group average concentration reached more than 80%, the problem of hole sealing quality deficiencies in Baode coal mine is solved, and providing data reference and suggestion for the next step of choosing gas extraction from drilling hole sealing technology for Baode coal mine.
