红庆河特大型矿井创新设计综述

Innovation Design of Extra Large Drilling in Hongqinghe Mine

摘要: 以红庆河矿井设计与建设为背景,从立井提升、主井装备、提升绞车单机功率、副井井筒直径、罐笼尺寸、冻结新工艺、开拓方案布局等方面综合考虑井工开采设计方案及提升方式的选择,论述了主井提升系统及副井施工工艺等新技术、新工艺,结合矿井资源赋存条件优化开拓方案。该矿井顺利实施与投产为我国类似矿井的设计和建设具有较强的借鉴意义。

Abstract: Based on the design and construction of the Hongqinghe mine, the article comprehensively considers the scheme for mine well drilling from shaft elevation, main shaft equipment, hoist winch single power, auxiliary wellbore diameter, cage size, new freezing technology, and development plan layout. And the selection of lifting methods, discussed the main shaft lifting system and auxiliary shaft construction techniques and other new technologies, new processes, combined with mine resource conditions optimization and development program. The successful implementation and production of this mine has a strong reference for the design and construction of similar mines in China.
