基于超宽带TSOA定位原理的掘进机定位误差分析

Analysis of Positioning Error of UWB Based on TSOA Positioning Principle for Roadheader

摘要: 为了研究掘进机的定位误差,基于超宽带测距技术,根据波达时间和(Time Sum of Arrival,TSOA)定位原理,采用了间接法解算出定位点的坐标值。仿真分析了定位点在空间的分布,对三个坐标轴的定位误差进行分析,得出的结论为:①定位点在空间的分布呈不规则球形,Y轴的误差小于X轴和Z轴|②在10~100m的范围内,随着定位点距离的增大,定位点的均方根误差也随着增大,均方根误差可控制在4.5cm以内|③三轴的方均根误差在10~100m的范围内,随着测量距离的增大而增大。其中Y轴的均方根误差最小,X轴和Y轴持平,误差控制在4.5cm以内。为掘进机的位姿检测提供了基础。

Abstract: In order to study the positioning error of the roadheader, based on the ultra-wideband ranging technique, according to the Time Sum of Arrival(TSOA) positioning principle, indirect method was used to solve the coordinates of the positioning point. The distribution of positioning points in space was simulated and analyzed. The positioning errors of the three coordinate axes were analyzed, and the distribution law of positioning errors in the range of 10m to 100m was obtained, which provided the basis for position and pose detection of the roadheader.
