斗齿检测系统在露天煤矿WK-35采煤电铲上的应用

Application of tooth detection system in open coal mine WK-35 coal mining shovel

摘要: 露天煤矿采用电铲进行采煤生产,电铲斗齿脱落导致破碎机损坏的问题时常存在,为解决该问题,在WK-35采煤电铲上设计安装“红外热成像相机+计算机视觉技术”的斗齿检测设备。斗齿检测设备由热像仪读取模块、视屏存储模块、斗齿缺失检测模块、报警模块组成。通过采用Viola-Jones Haar级联分类器对采集图像的斗齿行进行检测和卷积神经网络进行二分类的深度学习算法,判断斗齿是否缺失。斗齿检测设备的应用可达到斗齿完整性的自动检测识别和报警的目的。

Abstract: Abstract: Open-pit coal mine adopts single-dump electric shovel-dump truck-crushing station-strip conveyor semi-continuous process for coal mining production operation. The teeth of WK-35 electric shovel bucket are affected by coal and ore during work. The reaction force is easy to fall off, and the falling tooth together with the raw coal entering the crushing station will cause damage to the crusher, which will lead to the shutdown of the entire mining and crushing production line, causing significant economic losses. The tooth detection system designed in this paper is installed and used on the WK-35 coal mining shovel in Heidaigou Open-pit Coal Mine.It focuses on the development, composition and detection technology of the tooth detection system, and realizes the automatic integrity of the tooth. Identification and alarm.
